MTB Instruction

Group or private one on one mountain bike instruction/clinics. We want to have fun on the bike, it’s why we as adults still play on these children’s toys. We will focus on building your confidence by increasing your range of motion, stability and overall skill set on the bike to be able to ride faster and safer!

NOTE: Group ride locations are catered to the group per the cycling ability of the least experienced rider.

Group Hourly $60 per person: 2 hour minimum.

Private Hourly - $75: 2 hours minimum

**Can travel to bike parks and other areas for lessons. $2/mile outside of a 15 mile radius of Thousand Oaks.

Trail Guide Services

Great for people new to the area, visiting or just want to get some more experience on our local trails. $100/hr Groups of up to 6 riders. Rides will be catered to skill level and type of bike(Enduro, XC or Ebike)

Monthly Fitness Training Membership

A full custom cycling program for your race season and/or fitness goals. Designed around your fitness level and schedule, we will work together in creating an optimized plan to achieve peak potential at desired races.

Stage 1 - $175 : A custom plan built to your fitness level and goals. We will start by doing a power test on the CompuTrainer to gauge current fitness levels. Regular Zoom/Phone calls to discuss workouts, past/upcoming races and strategies to go with them, future plans, and overall feel to the plan that has been set in place. Power tests will be conducted periodically (three times a year) and are included in the monthly fees.

Stage 2 - $250: Stage two will include all of the elements of Stage 1, but with some extra fun! Regular CompuTrainer sessions will be included each month. (roughly once a week, depending on your schedule and training plan)

CompuTrainer Sessions - $75: One hour Stand alone sessions

Power Test - $75: Included with membership, but we can do these as a stand alone as well. Three separate tests done in two sessions. We will gather your anaerobic threshold, power to weight ratio, spin scan(pedal efficiency), and other information by testing your fast, intermediate and slow twitch muscle groups.
